The Malaysian Prime Minister expressed his profound condolences and sympathy to the Russian leadership, the people of Russia, and above all to the families and friends of the people killed and injured in the monstrous act of international terrorism on the territory of the Russian Federation. President Putin expressed his gratitude for this show of solidarity.

Mr Putin and Mr Badawi discussed prospects of practical cooperation between Russia and Malaysia both on a bilateral and multilateral basis in a decisive war on international terrorism.
