The Bulgarian President expressed his sincere condolences and gave words of support to the Russian leadership and all the people of Russia in connection with the acts of international terrorism on the country’s territory, which had such terrible consequences.

President Putin thanked Georgi Parvanov and asked him to pass on his gratitude to the Bulgarian people for their show of solidarity.
