A joint statement by Russian President Vladimir Putin and German Federal Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder stresses that international terrorism is the greatest threat to peace and security.
Terrorism must be fought against together everywhere.
The leaders of Russia and Germany state their readiness to constantly fight all forms of terrorism, whatever their cause, as crimes that have no justification. Both countries will strengthen mutual cooperation to fight terrorism and its origins.
