Truly equal, partner relations of all countries can only be based on these principles, said President Vladimir Putin at a presentation ceremony of letters of credentials by ambassadors of foreign countries.

The President believes that a policy that is built on ideological stereotypes, the inertia of block methods or double standards is counterproductive.
