All legal entities and individuals under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation are prohibited from 15 November 2004 onwards until a special decree is issued from direct or indirect deliveries, sale or transfer of armaments and any corresponding finances to Cote d’Ivoire from the territory of the Russian Federation or by citizens of the Russian Federation.

It is prohibited to sell or deliver military aircraft or equipment, regardless of its place of origin, to use naval and air transport for these goals, or to hold consultations or provide any assistance or service in training specialists in military activity.
