The law, among other things, abolishes the requirement of Russian citizenship for individual insurance agents and insurance brokers, and also for individuals carrying out the functions of an individual executive body, the main accountant of an insurance organisation with foreign investors, insurance actuaries, and the heads and main accountants of the insurance subject when the latter is a legal entity.
