In his messages of congratulations, Mr. Putin notes the positive dynamic in Russian-Israeli relations and the general desire on both sides to give them new substance. The President expressed his confidence that these relations would continue to develop to the benefit of both countries.
The messages also speak of Russia’s willingness to energetically pursue work aimed at ensuring stability and security in the Middle East in the interests of all the region’s states and peoples.
