The Law ratifies the Protocol concerning amendments to Article 56 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation, signed in Montreal on October 6, 1989, the Protocol concerning amendments to Article 50 a) of the Convention on International Civil Aviation, signed in Montreal on October 26, 1990, the Protocol concerning amendments to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, signed in Montreal on September 29, 1995, and the protocol concerning amendments to the Convention on International Civil Aviation, signed in Montreal on October 1, 1998.
