Your authoritative Forum, which unites representatives of bodies of power, heads of enterprises and public organisations, is designed to discuss relevant issues of Russia’s economic policy. The most important issues are stimulating the growth of production of goods and services, encouraging competition, increasing investment activity in the raw-materials sector, and supporting small and middle business. It is clear that for an effective solution to these tasks, it is necessary to continue work on improving the legislative base, and tax and administrative mechanisms. And most importantly, to strengthen trust between the state and business.

I am sure that the participants and guests of the forum will not only share their vision of existing problems, but will also make constructive proposals, and exchange practical work experience.
