A memorandum on increasing cooperation in the electricity sector between the Russian Industry and Energy Ministry and the Kazakhstan Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources;
A protocol between RAO Unified Energy Systems of Russia and the Kazakhstan Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources on setting up a joint Russian-Kazakh company at Ekibastuz Hydroelectric Power Station as part of the debt settlement programme for Kazakhstanenergo.
