Different issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed, including issues concerning the energy sector, as well as the dates for the forthcoming visit of the Russian President to Japan.
On Japan's part, their traditional interest was expressed concerning the operation of the Russian transportation system in the Far East. In this respect the head of the Russian State said that the volume and the dates for the delivery of hydrocarbons to the Far East depend on the capacity of the supplier directly.
The visit of Mr Putin to Japan will take place at the end of the APEC summit in South Korea, which is November, 20.
