President Vladimir Putin signed the order “On the Russian Federation's Intention not to be Party to the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Estonia on the Russian-Estonian State Border and to the Treaty between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Estonia on Delimitation of Marine Territory in the Gulf of Finland and Gulf of Narva”

In the same order, the President instructed the Russian Foreign Ministry to inform the Estonian side accordingly.
