It is pleasing to see that the dynamic and multi-faceted partnership between Russia and Armenia has become an important factor for stability and security in the region.

I am sure that the Year of Russia in Armenia, successfully taking place this year, and the Year of Armenia in Russia, planned for next year, will serve to further intensify our mutually beneficial cooperation.”
