Dmitry Medvedev and Kevin Rudd discussed the global financial and economic crisis in light of the forthcoming G20 summit to be held in London (April 1–2, 2009).
During the conversation a number of topical issues related to further strengthening Russian-Australian relations, including the development of political dialogue, was touched.
The conversation took place at the initiative of the Australian side.
