I am convinced that only through sustained joint efforts by all countries and peoples in the region will we be able to achieve them.
Without a doubt religious and spiritual leaders have an important role in Caucasus affairs. Your peacemaking creative activity in the settlement of conflicts and efforts to improve the moral atmosphere in society deserve the highest estimation and all round support.“
The President of Russia also congratulated the Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshuqur Pasha-zade on his 25 th anniversary as chairman of the Authority of Muslims of the Caucasus.
