Alexander Konovalov, former prosecutor of Bashkortostan, has been appointed Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoys in the Volga Federal District, and Kamil Iskhakov, former head of the Kazan City Administration, has been named Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoys in the Far East Federal District.
