The Federal Law aims to facilitate priority work to protect ownership rights, develop credit and leasing schemes, and bring Russian legislation into line with World Trade Organisation standards.
Under the law’s provisions, registration of ownership rights to aircraft, and transactions in which they are involved, will be registered in the Common State Register of Aircraft Ownership Rights.
