Your forum brings together public figures, politicians, members of the clergy and business representatives to discuss one of today's most acute problems. The spread of drug abuse is extremely harmful to people and a real threat to the Russian Federation's security. It is very obvious that, in addition to administrative and medical measures, targeted efforts both by the authorities and citizens are necessary to cope with this terrible social affliction.
