Mr Shoigu reported on the execution of the President’s instructions following the tragic road accident in Vietnam that killed nine Russian tourists and injured fifteen. Mr Shoigu said that all of the injured have been flown to Moscow on board a special Emergency Situations Ministry airplane equipped with emergency medical equipment.
