”Reconstructing judicial bodies was a major event in the Republic's history. It took place in difficult and tense conditions. However, representatives of the legal community have overcome difficulties and shown proof of their competency, civil responsibility and personal courage.
Today the Chechen Republic is undoubtedly on its way towards peace. Authorities have been trained, political and social life is becoming more normal and the domestic economy is actively recovering. And it is very important that citizens are able to protect their rights and legitimate interests in law.
I am convinced that judges and other people working in the legal sphere will do everything possible to strengthen the legal system, since it is a major condition for maintaining public order in the Chechen Republic.“
