The federal law provides for the ratification of the Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Spain on Maritime Shipping signed 22 May 2001.
The Agreement is designed to develop cooperation in the field of maritime shipping between the two countries, their competent agencies, shipping organizations and companies.
