The meeting discussed the three-year financial plan that the Russian Government plans to examine this February.
According to Mr Kudrin, the approval of this plan will enable all participants in the budget process and all consumers of budget services to know exactly how much money is to be allocated to each area, item and activity carried out over the next three years within the framework of the federal targeted programmes. Mr Kudrin said that this will also give the economy greater stability and predictability.
