The meeting was attended by 36 officers from the Defence Ministry, the Interior Ministry, the Emergency Situations Ministry, the Chief Military Prosecutor’s Office, the Federal Security Service, the Foreign Intelligence Service, the Federal Drugs Control Service, the Federal Guards Service and a number of other law enforcement bodies.

Also present at the ceremony were Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov, Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister Sergei Ivanov, Chief of Armed Forces General Staff Yury Baluyevsky, Interior Minister Rashid Nurgaliyev, Secretary of the Security Council Igor Ivanov, Justice Minister Yury Chaika and the heads of a number of other law enforcement bodies.
