They discussed the situation in the Middle East in light of the talks with the leadership of the Palestinian movement Hamas that took place in Moscow.
They also exchanged opinions on nuclear nonproliferation in view of the Russian-Iranian dialogue and the contacts between Iranian representatives and the European troika.
They expressed their satisfaction with the affinity of their positions on all topics at issue and confirmed their intent to continue closely coordinating their positions both on bilateral and multilateral levels.
