Convention signed in Paris on February 11, 2003, in accordance with point G of article 84 of the Russian Constitution and with the Federal Law on the International Agreements of the Russian Federation.
Mr Putin appointed Deputy Justice Minister Vladimir Yalunin to be the President’s official representative in the Federal Assembly during the ratification process of the Convention.
