Vladimir Putin held a working meeting with First Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev

They discussed the implementation of priority national projects.

When discussing projects in the sphere of education Dmitry Medvedev reported that the decision has been made to redistribute part of the financial resources destined for education towards improving schools' access to information technology and ensuring that each school has access to the Internet.

Dmitry Medvedev also reported on work in the sphere of health care. He said that today up to 85 percent of the doctors and other medical personnel working in the field of primary care have received an increase in salary.

He reported that payments to doctors working in first aid, to medical assistants, and to paramedical personnel will begin shortly.

Concerning agriculture, work towards providing agricultural credits is actively going ahead. The plan consists in concluding 3,000 relevant agreements each month.

They also discussed establishing a market for accessible housing, social support for young families living in rural areas, and the demographic problem in Russia.
