Mr Medvedev visited the site where construction of the power plant’s second unit is underway. The increase in the power plant’s capacity will provide more reliable electricity supplies for the facilities being built for the 2014 Sochi Winter Olympics.
The President also looked at the general plan for the power station and the energy development outlook for Sochi.
