Today too you have at the centre of your attention a whole series of issues concerning strengthening the role of the Russian language in the international humanitarian community and introducing new teaching methods. I am sure that your forum will produce fruitful discussion, the results of which will be used to find effective solutions to your professional objectives and to help promote mutual understanding and trust between peoples.”
