Vladimir Putin signed a decree dedicated to improving the efficiency of cooperation between the Federal Drugs Control Service, international organizations, and the competent authorities of foreign states

The Federal Service is allowed to post 50 of its official representatives and their assistants to foreign states.

Official representatives and their assistants will be posted to the federal services of foreign states according to agreements reached between the competent authorities of those states and the Russian Foreign Ministry.
