At the meeting they discussed the prospects for implementing the most important Russian-Italian projects, including the project to develop a Russian regional jet.
From the Russian side the following people took part in the meeting: Presidential aide Sergei Prikhodko, Minister for information technology and communications Leonid Reiman, Minister of industry and energy Viktor Khristenko, Deputy foreign minister Aleksandr Grushko, and general director of the aviation holding company Sukhoi, Mikhail Pogosian.
From the Italian side the following people took part in the meeting: general director of the Finmeccanica group Giorgio Zappa, senior adviser to the president and chairman of the Finmeccanica board of directors Nicolas Zalonis, and company director for communication and institutional relations, Lorenzo Borgogni.
