The two Presidents discussed and expressed their satisfaction with the results of the Russian-Tajik anti-terrorist military exercises that ended today in Tajikistan and said that these exercises mark a significant stage in joint work within the Collective Security Treaty Organisation and in bilateral efforts to combat international terrorism.
Mr Putin and Mr Rakhmonov also discussed current bilateral cooperation issues and plans for contacts at various levels.
