President Vladimir Putin and President of Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiev held a brief meeting one-on-one before being joined by the two countries’ delegations.
The talks discussed current cooperation issues, including in the economic, political, defence, law enforcement, cultural and educational sectors.
The two Presidents adopted a Joint Declaration following their talks.
Mr Putin and Mr Bakiev also made press statements.
