The way in which the tasks aimed at developing the country and stated in the President’s Annual Address to the Federal Assembly will be implemented will be decided at the Security Council session, Vladimir Putin declared at the Security Council session.

Over the past few years significant efforts have been made to make improvements in various areas that ensure the state and citizens’ well-being and development. During this process we were able to create base conditions that allow us to look further into the future, to develop administrative structures and concentrate society’s increasing financial and administrative resources so as to ensure the Russian state’s effective development in a long-term perspective, the President noted.
