President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with the permanent members of the Security Council

The meeting discussed various domestic and foreign policy issues.

Following the meeting, Director of the Russian Federal Security Service Nikolai Patrushev said that the Russian National Anti-Terrorist Committee will coordinate the Russian special services’ work to fulfil Mr Putin’s instructions issued following the murder of Russian diplomats in Iraq.

The Russian National Anti-Terrorist Committee will pay a reward of $10 million for information that leads to a successful result, Mr Patrushev said.

Earlier, Mr Putin instructed the Russian special services to find and eliminate the Russian diplomats’ killers.
