The federal law ratifies the Protocol on Making Modifications and Additions to the Protocol on Implementing Supervision of the Targeted Use of Military Products within the Agreement on the Fundamental Principles for Military Technological Cooperation between the Collective Security Treaty Member States of 15 May 1992. The Protocol was signed by the heads of state of Collective Security Treaty Organisation member countries as provided.
Ratifying the Protocol establishes the necessary basis for fully implementing the Agreement on the Fundamental Principles for Military Technological Cooperation between the Collective Security Treaty Member States of 15 May 1992.
