The theatre’s artistic director, Avtandil Varsimashvili, actress Irina Megvinetukhutsesi, actor Valery Kharyutchenko and general director Nikolai Sventitsky have all been awarded the decoration by decree of the Russian President for their great contribution to developing and strengthening cultural ties between Russia and Georgia.
