The President’s message reads, in particular:

We highly appreciate your personal contribution to consolidation of allied strategic partnership between Russia and Armenia.

We appreciate your efforts to further promote mutually beneficial relations both on a bilateral level and within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States and Collective Security Treaty Organization.”
