The President’s message reads, in particular:

“Over the fifteen years since Kyrgyzstan gained independence, the relations between our countries have always been distinguished by their spirit of respect and trust and by consistent work to deepen our many-sided cooperation. Through our joint efforts we have made considerable progress in ensuring security and stability in the Central Asian region.”

Mr Putin expressed his confidence that the partnership between the two countries would continue to develop just as rapidly and be enriched with new substance.
