The President’s message reads, in particular:

“Our countries are bound by longstanding ties of friendship and respect that have developed consistently over recent years, including through your personal efforts. I am sure that our close cooperation and constructive dialogue will continue to help strengthen the ties between our two countries. The implementation of promising projects in different areas, including in the energy sector, which is so important for our countries and for the region and Europe as a whole, will also contribute to this objective. We are ready to continue our effective and mutually beneficial work in the interests of our peoples and in the name of stability and security on the European continent”.
