President Vladimir Putin discussed work to put in place control and protection infrastructure on the national borders with Director of the Border Guards Service Vladimir Pronichev

Mr Pronichev said that the state border in the North Caucasus would be fully equipped by next year.

Mr Pronichev also informed the President on the situation on the border with Kazakhstan, where 38 border guard facilities will be built by the end of the year.
