The Russian-Vietnamese Bank, whose license has been issued earlier today, is founded by Russia’s VTB and Vietnam’s Investment and Development Bank. The new bank is to streamline settlements, guarantee loans, and insure deals.

As the Russian and Vietnamese heads of state were shown round the building and left their signatures in the book of honorary guests, a Vietnamese founding partner presented a picture of the Moscow Kremlin to Vladimir Putin, while a Russian partner presented a mosaic showing all the banknotes of the Bank of Russia to the Vietnamese leader.
