The Russian President has noted the firm determination of the Russian and Ukrainian governments to resolve problems in bilateral cooperation. Vladimir Putin said that credit for the positive dynamics in Russian-Ukrainian trade and economic contacts largely went to the Ukrainian government. The existing problems were of technical rather than political character, emphasized the Russian President.
