The decree sanctions increasing the authorised capital stock of the open joint-stock company, Bank for Foreign Trade, St Petersburg, by issuing additional shares and selling them gradually. At the same time, at the general meeting of shareholders of the joint-stock company the state’s voting rights must amount to no less than 50 percent plus one voting share.
