The African Union’s growing participation in world affairs is objectively helping to strengthen global stability and create a more balanced system of international relations.

We note your great personal contribution to the African Union’s development and to practical work to achieve the ambitious objectives of creating a collective security system and realise the goals of the New Partnership for Africa’s Development.

We are interested in reinforcing our multidimensional cooperation with the African countries and we hope to develop our dialogue with the continent’s most influential multilateral body – the African Union – in all areas of our relations.

Our country will continue to join in coordinated international efforts and make a significant contribution to providing comprehensive aid to Africa, helping to strengthen stability and developing reliable mechanisms for sustainable development on the continent.”
