Alexei Gromov, the former head of the Presidential Press and Information Office, was appointed the acting president’s Press Attache.

Mr Putin also signed decrees relieving Andrei Shtorkh of his duties as the president’s senior consultant, Boris Mints of the post of head of the Presidential Directorate on Local Government, and Vyacheslav Vasyagin of the post of head of the Presidential Property Administration Directorate.

Alexander Strelkov was appointed head of the Presidential Property Administration Directorate.
