Mr Lebedev informed the President on the court’s work, particularly as concerns the examination and clarification of intellectual property rights protection issues. Mr Lebedev said that the Supreme Court plenum is drafting a resolution that will clarify practice in the examination of such cases, as well as of cases concerning the unlawful use of trademarks.
