The participants in the meeting discussed the results of the negotiations with the London Club on the restructuring of the Soviet debt. Another issue on the agenda was the federal budget spending in February and March 2000.
The discussion focused also on a counter-terrorist operation in the North Caucasus and reconstruction work in Chechnya. Mr Putin instructed the participants in the meeting to supply everything that was necessary to the liberated mountain regions of the republic.
