Mr Putin spoke with Mr Stroyev just before a meeting of the Federation Council to discuss passing bills on reorganising the government, including a bill on the new procedure of forming the Federal Council.
The President offered to submit all disputable issues related to these bills to be jointly considered by the State Duma and the Federation Council.
