“I am very sorry to hear about yesterday’s catastrophe in the province of Soria, which took the lives of many people, including children.

“I would like to express sympathy personally and on behalf of the Russian people. I send my condolences to the relatives of those who died, and I hope those who were injured in this catastrophe will get well soon.”
