Mr Kudrin informed the President about his trip to Fukuoka (Japan), where he took part in a G8 finance ministers’ meeting.
He confirmed the willingness of the leaders of industrialised countries to help Russia rapidly integrate into the world economy.
Mr Putin and Mr Kudrin discussed the President’s participation in the G8 summit in Okinawa.
In addition, the Finance Minister informed Mr Putin about plans for meeting budget commitments by the end of the year, prospects for passing budget and tax laws in the State Duma, and financing the security-related services.
